Return & Exchange Policy

Crucial Delivery Terms:

1. Check Upon Delivery: You MUST open and inspect your product (size, color, condition, and quality) in front of the delivery personnel.
2. Instant Return or Exchange: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can return or exchange it immediately through the delivery agent while they are still at your location.
3. No Returns After Delivery Agent Leaves: Once the delivery person leaves your premises, no complaints, returns, or exchange requests will be accepted under any circumstances.

Additional Notes:

• Any issues or discrepancies must be reported immediately to our customer support while the delivery driver is present.
• Minor color variations may occur due to photography lighting, so please verify the item thoroughly upon receiving it.

ডেলিভারি সংক্রান্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নিয়ম:

1. ডেলিভারি ম্যানের উপস্থিতিতে চেক করুন: পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনেই প্যাকেট খুলে চেক করে নিবেন (সাইজ, কালার ও কোয়ালিটি ঠিক আছে কি না)।
2. তাৎক্ষণিক রিটার্ন/এক্সচেঞ্জ: ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকা অবস্থায় যদি প্রোডাক্টে কোনো ত্রুটি থাকে বা ভুল সাইজ/আইটেম এসে থাকে, তবে তখনই ডেলিভারি ম্যানের কাছে প্রোডাক্ট ফেরত দিতে পারবেন অথবা আমাদের কাস্টমার সার্ভিসে যোগাযোগ করে চেঞ্জ করে নিতে পারবেন।
3. ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর: ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর কোনো প্রকার রিটার্ন, এক্সচেঞ্জ বা অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

শর্তাবলি:

• প্রোডাক্টে কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে তা ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকা অবস্থায়ই আমাদের ছবি/ভিডিও সহ জানাতে হবে।
• ছবি এবং প্রোডাক্টের বাস্তব লুক বা কালারে লাইটিংয়ের কারণে সামান্য পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে, তাই ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার সাথে সাথে ভালো করে দেখে নেওয়ার অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
